REGARDING YOUR CORE REFUND

After the core is picked up, it usually can take 10-14 business days for the core to travel back to use and get processed.

Once your core is processed, we will refund the core deposit back on your original form of payment.

If multiple credit cards were used to make your purchase, please include the last four (4) digits of the card you would like to have refunded.

If financing was used to make your purchase, please include your full name and address that you would like your refund check sent to.

If it has been more than 14 business days and you still have not received your refund, please complete this form and we will be in touch within 24 business hours.
